UAE Gratuity Calculator
Estimate the end-of-service gratuity you’re owed under UAE labour law. Enter your basic salary, any unpaid leave days, your first and last working days, and the calculator applies the standard rates: 21 days’ basic pay for each of the first five years of service and 30 days’ pay for each year after that, capped at two years’ total wages.
